Shelly earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Ball State, and spent seven years teaching full-time. Her career in real estate began when she started purchasing investment properties in 2011. She now manages several residential properties, works full time as a real estate broker, and also manages the Smythe & Co. office.
Understanding her client’s needs, she works continually & keeps all parties informed throughout the process. It is her personal, attentive, dedicated style that her clients appreciate.
In her free time, Shelly enjoys exercising, reading, traveling to see her children, going to summer concerts & sporting events with her husband, Andy.
