
David is a life-long resident of Johnson County, who has deep roots and extensive local knowledge.
For 25 years, David served as an Air Traffic Control Supervisor with the FAA. His ability to manage complex situations and make critical decisions under pressure honed his skills in problem-solving and leadership – qualities that now benefit his clients in the real estate world.
While navigating the skies, David was also building a solid foundation in real estate. He strategically managed and acquired several residential rental homes, gaining firsthand experience in property management and investment. This passion extended to land development, new construction, and residential real estate, showcasing his comprehensive understanding of the market.
David graduated from Purdue University in1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Technology, has an Air Traffic Control Certification, and an Aircraft A&P license. He also has his Private Pilot’s license.
David resides in rural Johnson County, south of the town of Franklin, with his wife and two children.
