Alice Mann is proud to call Franklin Indiana home. Born and raised in the community, Alice has spent her life building meaningful relationships, raising her family, serving others and staying actively involved in the community she loves.
Alice is the proud mother of twin sons, Ryan and Jason, and is blessed with seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a third great grandbaby on the way. Family is at the heart of who Alice is and she understands that some of life’s most important moments often happen around the place we call home.
With more than twenty-five plus years of lifetime sales experience, Alice brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication and genuine care to her Realtor career. Her professional experience also includes, Senior Account Executive with HSBC and as a GM Certified Sales Professional. Throughout her career, Alice has built her reputation on listening to her clients, understanding their needs and wants while being cared for throughout the process.
Today Alice is excited to bring that passion for people and service in real estate. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a longtime family home, or make a move into a new season in life, she is committed to making the experience as comfortable, informed and positive as possible.
Giving back and staying connected to her community are also important parts of Alice’s life. She is active in her church community with Grace United Methodist and Emmanuel Church. She is also a member Franklin Elks Lodge #1818 and Tri Kappa, Zeta chapter. Professionally she is a member of MIBOR, National Association of REALTORS and the Indiana Association of REALTORS.
When she isn’t helping clients, Alice enjoys spending time with Mike, their family and friends, cooking, gardening, dancing, reading, community events, traveling and making new memories for the books.
