Lamb Lake

Lamb Lake is a beautiful, secluded 500 acre private lake located in southern Johnson County, near Trafalgar, Indiana. The lake was completed in the late 1960s and now has approximately 275 lot owners. It is one of the largest private lakes in Indiana and its spillway feeds into the second largest waterfall in Indiana at 60 feet tall and 120 feet wide. The waterfall is a beautiful place for residents to visit and take family photos. Lamb Lake has a maximum lake depth of 80 feet.

This hidden gem of southern Indiana offers everything you would ever need to escape the stress of today’s hectic lifestyle. Lamb Lake offers wonderful fishing, boating, wildlife, watersports and a private beach with shelter for lake residents to use and entertain guests. Residents also enjoy abundant wildlife, such as deer, bald eagles and wild turkey. Lamb Lake is far enough away from city life, but close enough to commute to work for full-time residents. Nearby Trafalgar offers restaurants, banking, library, churches, Indian Creek School Corporation and a health clinic. Lamb Lake is 20 minutes from Nashville or Franklin and just 45 minutes from Bloomington or Indianapolis.
